A Player may request closure of their 77ck account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
77ck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
